Please rank major watch brands?

Any watch experts out there? I want a comprehensive ranking of mid-level watches. I don't care about IWC vs Cartier. That's out of my range. I want to know the ranking of watches in my range: Seiko, Citizen, Pulsar, Invicta, Bulova, Movado, TAG Heuer, Skagen. I've heard Invicta is a scam, they make $100 watches, say it sells for $500 but then put them "on sale" for $100 so you think you're getting a steal.
