yes u can change your spoke wheels into alloy............and yes if u use cone filters like K&N absolutely your mileage will drop.....by around 5-10 km/ltr............and changing filter will accordingly change the sound of your bike...........i recommend nt to use filter......i tried it too............bst of lck
