What kind of help can you get?

What kind of help can you get if you are 18 and pregnant? To sum it all up mama dearest is making me either abort or give the baby up for adoption. I know for sure I don't want to do any of those but the truth is: I'll be kicked out of the house if I don't. Not that I mind but if I want to keep my baby and manage to keep us both alive I desperately need some help thinking about a damn GOOD plan of action. What kind of help do we have available in Canada? For what it's worth I have a job I just don't know what to do next.
