Brother wants to stay with me?

mr brother lives in tn. and I live in pa. his wife is divorcing him and he wants to stay with me for a couple months I want him to sign a contract that he will leave after 2 months as he is a alcaholic and won't get help . Can I legally make him leave after 2 months without a big hassle. I am his only relative but I just don;t trust him. Any suggestions?
