Could a guy go to jail if he made his girlfriend get abortion? worst for him or her in these situation?

He would get in trouble because he was abusive. If she can proof that he was abusive then she can say he forced her to have an abortion because she felt threatened by him. Also since she has proof that he signed the abortion papers then she shouldn't get in trouble. Plus she couldn't get in trouble because she is in control of her body, so her boyfriend's parents can't sue her for what she does to her body.
