Is it over?? Guys PLEASE answer?

Okay So I'll call him.. Austin. Well Austin and me were dating for a few weeks, and he had recently broke up with his gf, but they were still really close. I loved him so much, and since my parents were divorced, and I work, I'm really busy, but tried to spend time with him. We had a few small fights, nothing big, but the other day, he wanted to meet in person. I am a very shy person, and got scared. I tried to explain but he got really mad and said i never have time for him and bye. What can I do??? Is it over?? Please help.
