Is it possible to fit 120/80/17" tubeless tire to my bajaj pulsar 150cc bike.. Pls help?

I heard that the default alloy wheel doesn't suite for tubeless tire.. May be the valve fitting has some problem..Pls help immediately as i have to change my tire asap..Thnx in advance
