New Pulsar or Old Hunk?

Hi , i am to buy a bike. i got a old hunk 2010 model, 20000 km rubbed, which i can get in 36k, but i m also thinking about to get a new pulsar 150, which will cost about 65k for me. if i buy hunk i will sell it in next 6 month and then will buy a new bike. So suggest me what may be better for nor. Now i also have little money problem to buy any of these.
