What is better pulsar 135ls or honda cb twister overall?

both of their on road price are equal. i.e my budget is upto 62,000.any other bike u suggest at that price tag?my prefernce are 1.first of all to be of best look,second 2. to be a problem n hazard free,less maintenace bike.i'm gonna buy in next month.so please suggest me fast.i need ur suggestion
